How to Make My Own Web Video Streaming ServiceIn Feburary 2016 27,

In Feburary 2016 27,
Select your media. Deciding what you want to stream is important because it allows you to estimate the average file size and the number of files you’ll be able to stream simultaneously. Try selecting 20 videos with an average size of 20MB to start.
Build a streaming server rather than subscribe to a hosted service. You can use a second-hand PC with at least 4GB of RAM and a 2 GHz processor at minimum. Install a hard drive that runs at 7,200 rpm and offers at least 100GB of free space.
Install Windows Media Server on your streaming media server. You can download a free trial version and use it for up to six months. By that time, you should know whether you want to purchase streaming media software or go with a streaming service.
Upload your video files to your streaming server. Verify that the streaming media option for each video is enabled. Note all filenames and addresses for future website linkage. You’ll need to create a simple network to include your streaming file server and administrative PC. Remember to use a unique drive letter when naming your streaming drive.
Create your website or modify your existing site using thumbnail images for each video. Then link the thumbnails to the appropriate selections in your streaming video file bank on your server. Always use the complete network address in your links.
Upload your new or modified website to your Web hosting service and then test your streaming video service on a remote computer. You should be able to click on a thumbnail and see the linked video begin to stream across your screen in a few seconds.

How to Putty to Access and Control IphoneIn Feburary 2016 15,

In Feburary 2016 15,
First you need the Putty program. You can download it at http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html If you scroll towards the bottom you will find the exe file. Install it and move on.
Now connect your jailbroken Iphone to the computer via the USB wire. Start putty. You will get a window similar to the one above. You need to enter the IP of the Iphone which you can find by going into settings on the iphone then the wifi, find your ip and hit enter. That should bring up a black box (terminal). If you happen to get an error or something pertaining to the security of the connection just ok it and move on.
Once you have the black box putty terminal up, you need to access the Iphone. You can type SU (super user), however I have had the easiest time with typing 'root'. This will bring up the password portion. The password is 'alpine', you will note the cursor will not move while entering the password that's ok, just type alpine and hit enter. This should bring up a prompt that will list your Iphone and boom you are in!

The Best Free Web Development ToolsIn Feburary 2016 04,

In Feburary 2016 04,
While you can use Notepad as an HTML editor, you'll work more efficiently and create better sites using a full-featured HTML editing program such as Kompozer. With separate code and design views, this program helps you work with CSS and JavaScript as well as HTML. Kompozer is also a WYSIWYG editor that builds HTML code for you when you drag controls onto a document. Its file manager helps you manage your site's files and the built-in FTP tool uploads them to your Web server. BlueGriffon, a similar WYSIWYG program, also helps you create professional looking websites quickly.
Create Your Own Graphics
You don't have to spend money on commercial image editing programs to create rich, compelling graphics for your website. Install a program such as Paint.Net or GIMP, and you can begin creating buttons, menu items, banners, logos and other graphics that enhance your Web pages. Paint.Net and GIMP have customizable brushes and other tools that help you draw new images and enhance existing ones. Filters also enable you to add special effects to all types of graphics. Both programs support layers and add-ons that give you access to additional useful editing features.
Spice Up Your Pages with Animation
Newer Web technologies can write code that adds interactive animations to Web pages. You don't have to be an expert HTML5 or CSS3 developer because the Google's Web Designer program writes animation code for you. After you learn how to use Web Designer, it can create 2-D and 3-D motion graphics using HTML5 and CSS3. You can work in Advanced mode to create complex animations or in Quick mode, in which the program does most of the work for you. Web Designer is an excellent tool for creating animated Web ads and banners.
Debugging, Testing and Optimization Tools
It's important to optimize your Web pages so that they load rapidly and provide the best user experience for site visitors. Tools such as the Firebug add-on can help you identify issues on your website that slow it down. For example, it has tools that analyze network activity and benchmark your JavaScript's performance. Firebug also comes with a powerful step-by-step debugger that helps you test and debug code as it runs. The main Firebug add-on only works with Firefox. However, you can also install Firebug Lite on Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer.
