Log in to your Google account. It’s free to create an account if you don’t already have one.
Open Google Docs.
Click the “Upload” button. Click “Select Files to Upload” to choose your PDF files. Select “Convert Documents, Presentations, and Spreadsheets to the Corresponding Google Docs Format” if you want to be able to edit the documents later. Click “Start Upload.”
Open a PDF that you want to publish from your Google Docs list. Click “Share.” This will make the file public to other viewers. Check “Allow Anyone with the Link to View.” Copy the listed link so you can share it with others. Click “Save and Close.”
Scribd
Sign up and log in to Scribd. Scribd is a site where you can freely upload documents to publish online.
Click the “Upload” button at the top of the page. Click “Select File.” Click “Upload” to choose multiple files you want to publish to the site.
Select files from your hard drive and click “Open.” The documents will be uploaded to the Scribd website, and you’ll also have the option to embed files in your own website. Scribd provides you with a link to the document you can share with others.
Enter a title, category and description to help others find your document easily. Click “Save.”
Log on to Issuu and create a free account.
Click “Upload Document” in the top-right corner.
Click “Browse Files” to upload a PDF file you want to publish.
Continue through the prompts to upload the document. Your document will be published on Issuu and can be embedded on your own site.

How to Create a Free Web Page With ATTIn Feburary 2016 04,

Go to the AT&T personal web creation page (see Resources section).
Click 'Register Today,' and then type in your AT&T logon information. Once you are logged in, click 'Register for Personal Pages.'
Click 'I agree' to proceed. Click 'publish.att.net' to begin creating your page.
Click the 'Quick Template' option to use the guided tutorial to create a quick basic web page. When prompted to, select images you want on your page from your computer or other web pages. Follow the rest of the guided steps to create a basic page.
Click 'Personal Webwizard' to create a personal page with more information. This wizard will guide you on selecting background colors and web layouts.
Scan through the different options and select what works best for you. You will be given a section to add to other websites.
Click the 'FTP (File Transfer Protocol)' tool when you are done customizing to publish your webpages. Follow the FTP guided steps to publish and finalize your website.

Type the address you want for your blog in the blank field, and select an extension from the drop-down list.
Click the 'Check availability' button. If the domain name is available, click the 'Continue to registration' button to proceed. Pay the $10 registration fee with a credit or debit card. Note that it may take up to three days before the new domain is effective.
Use an Existing Domain Name
Purchase a domain name from a domain services provider, such as Godaddy, 1&1 or Hover (see Resources). Proceed to the 'Publish on a custom domain' page in your blogger account.
Click the 'Switch to advanced settings' link. Enter your domain name in the blank field.
Type the letters provided for verification in the 'Word verification' field. Click the 'Save settings' button to complete the process.
