Monitor city development patterns by looking at where new workplaces are being created and where the population is living. If company headquarters are all being built in one area of the suburbs then more traffic will start heading there, potentially from many areas of and around the city itself. If there isn't any public transportation in the area, the infrastructure must be ready to support the new influx.
Balance out improvements, while being flexible and realistic with your goals. Some areas can be easily improved using better information and efficiency tactics. Other areas do not have the space or resources to truly solve the congestion problems.
Study a variety of locations with traffic problems and judge what can realistically be changed in the short and long term.

Before you can actually transfer your domain to GoDaddy, first you need to prepare it. Visit the Whois database (link in Resources) and verify that the email address associated with your domain is correct. This is the email address GoDaddy uses to communicate with you during the transfer process. If the email address is listed as private on the Whois database, contact your current registrar to cancel the private registration. The email address must be publicly viewable on Whois before you can proceed. [ref 1]
Unlocking the Domain and Obtaining the Authorization Code
Once you’ve verified that the email address is correct and public, contact the current registrar to ask them to unlock your domain. The domain must be unlocked by the current registrar before it can be transferred to GoDaddy. You also need to obtain an authorization code from the current registrar. Depending on your registrar, this code may also referred to as a transfer key or an EPP code.
Transferring the Domain to GoDaddy
After you’ve unlocked the domain and obtained the transfer authorization code, visit the GoDaddy website and purchase the domain name transfer (link in Resources). Log in to the GoDaddy Account Manager after the purchase is complete and click “Launch” next to the Domains heading. Select “Transfers,” click “Authorize transfer” and then click “Add now.” Enter the transaction ID and security code in the provided fields and then click “Add.” The transaction ID and security code were sent to your email by GoDaddy when you purchased the domain transfer. Next, select the “Basic” tab and enter the authorization code you obtained from the current registrar of the domain. Click “I authorize the transfer,” choose “Finish” and then click “OK.”
Restrictions and Checking the Progress of Your Transfer
Some domain names require a few additional steps before they can be transferred. UK domains, for example, require that you contact the current registrar and request an IPS tag change. If you’re attempting to transfer a foreign top-level domain, consult your current registrar to determine whether additional arrangements need to be made with them before the transfer can go through.Once you complete the transfer request, monitor the status of the transfer through the GoDaddy Account Manager. Meet with the local fire marshal to determine how many people can set up tables and booths within the location and how they should be set up.
Advertise the craft show in local newspapers for the crafters and vendors. Getting the word out about the show is very important if you want a large crowd.
Announce the craft show date, time, and location to the public through the use of yard signs, newspaper advertisements and by radio about two weeks before the craft show event. Send out maps with directions on how to arrive at the craft show to all of the crafters.
Monitor everyone before, during and after the craft show to make sure all posted facility rules are being observed.
Use comment cards to collect the names and addresses of everyone in the show so you can invite them back in future shows. Allow them to write suggestions for future shows on the comment card.
Clean up the facility after the show and put everything back to its original place.
