How to Make Sell Fishing LuresIn Feburary 2016 30,

In Feburary 2016 30,
Gather your materials according to the type of lure you plan to make. A saltwater lure is made differently than an ice fishing lure, which is different from a fishing spoon, and so forth. Here we'll focus on a simple wooden lure. Usually the supplies for both a wooden freshwater and saltwater lure will be similar: wood (cedar is most common, but harder wood is used for saltwater lures when going after big fish), a lathe to shape it and screw eyes to attach the fishing hooks.
Shape the plug of the lure in the lathe. Surface plugs work well with both casting and surf fishing, and the shape doesn't have to be very fancy---a simple long bullet shape will do, about 7/8-inch wide and between 4 and 7 inches long. The plug needs to be long enough to attach at least two hooks2, three hooks for larger plugs.
Attach the screw eyes to the plug. They should be at least one inch apart from each other, running down the length of one side. One screw eye needs to be attached at the nose of the plug so you can attach it to your rod; attach fishing hooks to the other eyes.
Paint the lure as you see fit. Most often the lures are painted to look like small fish, but this isn't necessary.
Selling the Lure
Contact fishing and bait stores near you to see if they work with any local suppliers. Sometimes a store will buy a number of lures from individual suppliers and resell them outright, or---more commonly---allow the lure crafter to sell products by consignment, where your inventory is given a specific period to be sold before you reclaim them to sell elsewhere.
Open a website selling your lures. This step is optional, but highly recommended as it will open your business to a wider customer base than you would have selling in local shops alone. Research the various Web hosts available, and find one that offers a reasonable price on a site with no advertisements. GoDaddy.com is a popular choice for startup businesses, offering packages in various price ranges---all of which are ad-free. If you're not technologically inclined, find a site that has premade templates and only requires you to input information rather than HTML or Java coding. Freeservers.com offers simple websites with templates and themes already built into their system, requiring little effort to set up.
Create business cards once you've found a store that will allow you to sell your creations. This step is also optional, but your customers will appreciate putting a name to the product and may be more inclined to buy from you again in the future.

How to Host a Soccer TournamentIn Feburary 2016 01,

In Feburary 2016 01,
Ensure all of the necessary equipment and facilities are in place. You will require some soccer balls, pitch markings (or cones) to mark a perimeter, corner flags, goal posts and a net (again, cones will suffice). Unless you have hired a referee, you will also need a whistle and a way to keep track of time.Make sure that all the equipment you are using is safe and check that the pitch is clear of debris.
Determine the format of not only your tournament, but the number of players on teams. The number of players on each team will have a major impact on the dimensions of pitch you use, as well as the length of the matches in the tournament. For example, a 5-a-side tournament requires only half an 11-a-side pitch (which should be played across the width of the pitch) at most. A 5-a-side tournament could be as short as five minute halves, whereas in an 11-a-side tournament, you will want to play at least 15 minutes a half.
Do a draw to work out the group stages / first knockout stage. Study other, more famous tournaments in order to work out a format for your tournament. For example, the soccer World Cup sees 32 teams compete at first a group stage comprising four teams in each group. The top two teams from each group then progress to a knockout stage. 16 teams become eight, become four, and then two in the final.
Play the matches as determined by your tournament format. If you have an odd number of teams, thin these out by either giving one team a bye, so the numbers are even in the next round, or hold a group stage where one group contains an odd number of teams in. If you have group stages, play them out first. If you do not, move straight in to the knockout phase.Be sure to record all of the results and keep track of the goalscorers if you wish to give out an award for the top goalscorer of the tournament. If you have the technology at your disposal, you can administer the tournament using a spreadsheet program.
Complete the tournament and hand out awards as necessary. If you have trophies for the top goalscorer and the tournament winners, then hand these out in a presentation ceremony. If you have hosted the tournament in a makeshift setting, be sure to collect up all rubbish and any items left behind—you should leave the premises in the state that you found it.

Ideas for Building with Wood PalletsIn Feburary 2016 01,

In Feburary 2016 01,
One use---and an easy one---is to make a set of compost bins. Six pallets can be attached using 16-penny nails and placed in the shape of a figure 8 or a closed-ended letter 'H.' The compost material is then fed into the top of the four-sided enclosure. Once the first bin is full, the second bin can then be used. Small livestock fencing can also be constructed by nailing the pallets together in a row. The mainframe members are nailed with 16-penny nails. The more pallets, the longer the fenced-in enclosures. Ten full-sized pallets would make a fence that is approximately 40 feet long. The corners of the enclosure will be very stable. You can support the whole length of fence by elevating it on rocks or cinder blocks.
Tables and Chairs
After removing the boards and performing a thorough inspection for nails, the boards can be run through a wood planer. The boards can then be ripped down to size on a table saw and used for tables and chairs. Most wood used for pallets is of the highest-grade lumber and has been kiln dried. It is generally ready to be worked for interior furniture. If the pallet has been left outdoors, you may want to let the wood sit indoors for up to four weeks to become acclimatized to an indoor environment. The old nail holes can be left for accents on the finish. Once the furniture is completed the hardwood will readily take any type of stain and sealer.
Outdoor Structures and Miscellaneous
The pallet wood will make short-board siding for covering any outdoor structure. Once painted, the wood will last as long as it is maintained. Garden gates and shed ramps can also be constructed from this heavy-duty wood. Milking stations for goats and feeding troughs will last a long time if kept from the outdoor elements. Almost any wood project you can think of, from simple outdoor temporary structures to interior fine furniture, can be made from this wood product that is most often discarded.
